We’re sorry to hear you want to return! At Thanks! Naturals, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return or exchange your product, please adhere to the following:

• Products must be directly purchased from thankscbd.com. We cannot process returns or exchanges for products bought from a retail partner, or other source. In such cases, you must contact them directly. 
• Before deciding to return a product, you must contact us at info@thankscbd.com with your account and product information to receive a return number. If a product is returned without a return number, a credit cannot be issued. 
• Products must be returned in an unused and unopened condition within 14 days of the customer's delivery date. 
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of our error. 
• Products that are specified as non-refundable at time of purchase cannot be returned. 
• Include your full name, phone number, and return number inside of the shipping box. 

Once our team receives your package, the return will be processed and your original form of payment will be credited within five to seven business days. 

Thanks! Naturals monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Thanks! Naturals discretion.
